The Digital Fabric of Healthcare – How IoT is Powering the Future of Digital Health

Session Abstract:

IoT adoption in healthcare is enabling a multitude of new care pathways and journeys to transform reactionary workflows to health and wellness into predictive and proscriptive opportunities to address the Quintuple Aims. Examples include environmental, clinical, behavioral, and contextual use cases that collectively drive data-driven approaches, particularly when paired with ambient intelligence and orchestration. In this panel discussion from industry leaders and executives, we will discuss different business models and use cases, and then dive into important integration considerations, including ecosystem dependencies, limitations, methods of operations and administration, data flow approaches, privacy and security challenges, and finally governance. We will conclude by sharing some success stories and what it achieved.

Chris Wixom – When asked about career success, I often say a key ingredient is enjoying—and believing in—what you do. As a senior sales, marketing, and new business development executive working in the telecom, computer and technology industries, I recognize how much this personally holds true. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for generating revenue and new business—both as a direct contributor and as a sales management leader. I have developed and managed high-energy technology sales teams that consistently “hit their numbers.” I’ve also played a key role in driving strategic realignments, orchestrating startup traction, and accelerating rapid growth for companies that provide unique services and solutions that are in step with our ever-evolving world. And, yes, I’ve enjoyed and believed in my work every step of the way.

Rajya Bhaiya is an experienced Strategic Advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry.
