Caroline Baldwin is the Director of SAS’ US Government Federal Division, leading a cross-functional team helping customers in the federal government solve complex, real-world challenges through the power of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Prior to joining SAS, Caroline was part of the Department of Homeland Security Account Team for Accenture’s Federal Services Division. At SAS, she has held positions in the National Security Group, Strategic Programs Group and most recently, US Government Federal Management Division, where she holds a leadership role. She is the recipient of the Vice President’s Distinguished Service Award for her dedication and service to the organization. Caroline holds a B.A. in International and National Security and Journalism from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has served as both the President and Vice President of the Peace, War, and Defense UNC-Chapel Hill Alumni Association.
