Rod Cruz, currently serves AT&T’s Healthcare customers as the Healthcare Solutions General Manager. His team is responsible for developing corporate strategy, go-to-market, sales execution and offer development for Providers, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device Manufacturers and Payers. Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Cruz’s responsibilities were focused on leading the service relationship with AT&T’s largest multi-national customers in the Southwest and all Wholesale customers in the United States. His teams managed the overall customer stewardship, service delivery and service assurance engagements among other service support activities. His organization owned the end-to-end customer service experience and customer satisfaction for AT&T’s most strategic clients. In addition, he spent four years in a sales capacity, leading a team of Healthcare sales professionals focused on delivering Healthcare solutions to help AT&T’s Healthcare customers solve business problems and empowering them to improve outcomes.

Jim Sabogal, is an experienced Executive with over 20 years in the Enterprise Software, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Manufacturing industry. He leads the T-Systems North America Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical. He has been engaging with clients on DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION through numerous projects leveraging: Cloud, Big Data, and IoT. He has a background and experience in Clinical Development; Supply Chain Management; Manufacturing; CRM (Sales and Service); IoT; Big Data / Analytics; Cloud Computing; Blockchain, and Regulatory Standards. He is leading the effort for applying IoT for various businesses that use SAP, Oracle and Microsoft solutions.

Chris Sullivan, is the Global Healthcare Practice Lead for Zebra Technologies. With an acute understanding of the needs of patients and their caregivers coupled with robust technical knowledge of healthcare operations, Chris balances the personal and professional needs of the industry to create an inspirational point of view on healthcare technology. He is an advocate for the role technology plays in improving the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care, and for the value of learning from best practices from around the world to improve healthcare globally.

Kerri-Lynn Primmer Morris – As the Chief Technology Officer for Healthcare, Kerri-Lynn Primmer Morris leads a team of Digital Advisors who help healthcare organizations embrace and bring to life digital transformation. Key to her team’s mission is to use the power of cloud technology to harness artificial intelligence and machine learning to bring new digital ideas to the table in the quest of solving critical issues, to make a true difference for patients, providers, payers and researchers.
