IoT vs IIoT Cybersecurity… exactly the same but totally different
Session Abstract:
The world of Operational Technology (OT) is undergoing a digital transformation, and embracing IoT technologies for industrial applications for enhanced asset management and process optimization. Although many consider the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) a subset of IoT, there are important differences between the two – especially with respect to cybersecurity. In this keynote we’ll discuss how cybersecurity for IoT and IIoT applications are exactly the same – but totally different.
