Tim Foley
Mr. Tim Foley founded the Healthcare Executives Network in 2007 as a way to help healthcare professionals collaborate and share best practices utilizing the growing power of online platforms. The organization includes professionals from hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotech, healthcare IT, and other healthcare related fields, and has grown into a thriving community of over 200,000 today. Tim’s experience also includes designing and implementing cost reduction initiatives at many hospitals and pharmaceutical plants, resulting in tens of millions of dollars saved for his clients. He has been active in several healthcare trade associations, including serving as editor for a quarterly publication for the Healthcare Financial Managers Association. He has a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and is a veteran of the US Navy.
Advisory Board
The function of the IoT Community, is to focus on the adoption & application of IoT in commercial environments, seeking to understand & contribute to applying the technology or overcoming the wide variety of barriers, inhibitors, and technical & operational issues. As a member of the board, Tim will provide impartial input and guidance to the overall vision, strategy and execution that is helping to shape the current and future direction for the IoT Community, as well as the broader IoT industry.
